NEEDED

To assist people with an Arizona estate matter, we need certain information.

For an ancillary probate, we need the following:

1. Certified copy of the appointment and

2. Certified copy of any official bond that has been given and

3. Signed Fee Agreement and

4. Necessary fees.

For other probate proceedings, please try to obtain as much as possible of the following information and documents:

• Death certificate

• General description of decedent's assets and debts

• Original Last Will & Testament
