Often,
beneficiaries, heirs and relatives of a decedent (person who has died)
will have questions about the decedent's estate. Sometimes, people
wonder if the decedent left a Will. Other times, people want to know
if they are entitled to any share of the decedent's Estate.
Getting
answers to these questions is not always easy. An experienced
probate attorney can determine if a Will has been offered for probate in a
particular jurisdiction. It is also possible to file, in the proper place,
a document that requires anyone probating the Will to give notice to the
person filing the document.
