We offer
assistance to attorneys (wherever located) with Arizona probate matters.
Available services include, but are not limited to: ancillary (or full)
probate in Arizona, court appearances in certain Arizona counties, small
estate administration, preparation of deeds to Arizona real estate,
probate litigation in Arizona, and wrongful death assistance.
For
attorneys (and their staffs) who are technologically apt, we provide
ability to send and receive documents via email in
Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF), Microsoft Word®,
WordPerfect® and other formats. We also offer fax, U.S.
mail, FedEx® (and other overnight delivery) service. All
fee arrangements are in conformity with Rule 42,
Rules of the
Arizona Supreme Court (similar to the American Bar Association's Model
Code of Professional Responsibility).
