ASSISTANCE
We offer
assistance to people who have problems involving an Arizona probate,
estate or death matter:
Answers
We
provide legal advice for clients of our law firm. Answers to many
commonly asked probate questions may be found on this Website. Check
the topical list of links at the bottom of each page.
Do-it-Yourself
If you want to conduct an Arizona informal probate by yourself, check out

Telephonic advice
In many cases, all that is
needed is a consultation where you explain the problem (in detail) to our
experienced Arizona probate attorney and we explain what you need to do.
There is a fee for the telephonic consultation. During the
consultation, we may provide legal advice as well as information. If the
situation does not require a probate, such as a "small estate" matter, you
may be able to do everything (on your own) that is necessary after you
receive appropriate legal advice or information. To arrange a probate
consultation, call
928-445-3230.
Please review our
checklist to prepare for the consultation.
Small Estate assistance
Most small estates can be
handled with an
Affidavit for
Collection of Personal Property
or an
Affidavit for
Transfer of Real Property.

here to contact us.
Probate Assistance
We provide assistance with Arizona probate
matters. We represent executors, Personal Representatives,
beneficiaries, creditors and others. We provide assistance with
ancillary
proceedings.
Wrongful death &
survivor assistance
We assist survivors with a "wrongful
death" which occurred in Arizona. A death is "wrongful" under
Arizona law where it was caused by
wrongful act, neglect or
default. For a free consultation concerning a wrongful death,
call us at 928/445-3230.
How to Retain Us
To retain our
law firm
to represent a personal representative, an executor or a beneficiary,
contact us by
email,
telephone,
snailmail or
fax. We will need information before we can determine whether to
undertake representation. An attorney-client relationship cannot be
established until we know that doing so will not create a conflict of
interest and until we reach an agreement on terms of representation.
